Key Responsibilities :

Leadership & Strategy :

  • Lead the data science team in the research and development of innovative ML, NLP, LLM, and DL solutions.
  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for AI initiatives in alignment with business goals.
  • Mentor and guide junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Research & Development :

  • Conduct cuttingedge research in machine learning, NLP, LLM, and deep learning.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and data science, and apply this knowledge to solve complex problems.
  • Publish research papers and represent the company at industry conferences and events.

Implementation & Optimization :

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable ML and DL models to production.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and services.
  • Continuously monitor and improve the performance of AI models, ensuring they meet business requirements and user needs.

Data Management :

  • Oversee the collection, preprocessing, and analysis of large datasets.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity across all AI projects.
  • Implement best practices for data security and privacy.

Collaboration & Communication :

  • Work closely with product managers, software engineers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.


Qualifications :

Education :

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.

Experience :

  • 7+ years of experience in data science, with a focus on machine learning, NLP, LLM, and deep learning.
  • Proven track record of leading successful AI projects from research to implementation.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring a team of data scientists and engineers.

Technical Skills :

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
  • Extensive experience with ML/DL frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikitlearn).
  • Strong understanding of NLP techniques and tools (e.g., transformers, BERT, GPT).
  • Experience with large language models and their applications.

Soft Skills :

  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
Preferred

Qualifications :

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools.)
