Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of B2C & B2B marketing strategies. This is a full-time, work-from-office position located in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company's website and social media platforms.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Create engaging and relevant content for our website, blog, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets.

SEO and SEM:

  • Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads to achieve maximum ROI.

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and manage social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.

Email Marketing:

  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Segment email lists and create targeted campaigns to improve engagement and conversion rates.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve overall marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, in a B2B & B2C environment.
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, and social media management platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
