Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Growth Hacker based in Indore or Ahmedabad. As a Growth Hacker, you will be responsible for implementing creative strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, execute experiments, analyze data, and optimize performance across various channels and platforms.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in growth hacking, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in using data analytics tools and platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to do things like Social media posting and ads interested in building business from the ground up
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
  • Experience in e-commerce or mobile app growth is a plus
  • Knowledge of the DTC retail market and consumer behavior is a plus
