Seeking a skilled and experienced Architect for the construction of pre-fabricated and Modular Cottages and Other Structures.
As an Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion.

You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to design innovative and functional spaces that meet the needs of our clients while adhering to budgetary and regulatory constraints.


Responsibilities:

Project Management:
Lead architectural projects, including initial concept development, design, documentation, and construction administration.

Client Collaboration:
Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and constraints, and translate them into architectural solutions.

Design Development:
Develop architectural designs that are creative, sustainable, and functional, incorporating principles of aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.

Technical Expertise:
Provide technical expertise in architectural design, building materials, construction techniques, and building codes and regulations.

Team Coordination:
Collaborate with engineers, interior designers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution.

Budget and Schedule Management:
Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budgetary constraints.

Quality Assurance:
Ensure that architectural designs meet quality standards and comply with relevant codes and regulations.

Documentation:
Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and other project documentation.

Site Visits:
Conduct site visits to assess project progress, resolve design issues, and ensure compliance with design intent.

Research and Innovation:

Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture, and incorporate them into project designs where applicable.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working as an Architect.
  • Proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and other architectural design software.
  • Strong design and visualization skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
  • Thorough understanding of building codes , zoning regulations, and construction techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • LEED accreditation and/or experience with sustainable design practices preferred.
