You work with business and IT stakeholders to support a future-state vision in terms of requirements, principles and models in a specific technology, process or function.
How you will contributeYou will work closely with the enterprise architecture team to chart technology roadmaps, standards, best practices and guiding principles, providing your subject matter expertise and technical capabilities to oversee specific applications in architecture forums and when participating in workshops for business function requirements.
In collaboration with the enterprise architecture and solution teams, you will help evaluate specific applications with a goal to bring in new capabilities based on the strategic roadmap.
You will also deliver seamless integration with the existing ecosystem and support project teams in implementing these new technologies, offer input regarding decisions on key technology purchases to align IT investments with business strategies while reducing risk and participate in technology product evaluation processes and Architecture Review Board governance for project solutions.

Develop strong relationships with business by building trust, rapport and positive working relationships with key sponsors, stakeholders, and team members.
Remain current with leading edge industry and technology drivers and innovations including the Salesforce & Sales Technology product set which includes Salesforce, MC1, Navigator, XTEL , News Page and Stay Infront.
Manage discussions with various levels of customer's business stakeholdersIdentify and help develop services offerings or provide technical guidance and support for Salesforce & Sales Tech implementationsDevelop a product mindset and drive global template development model for global implementation.
Validates solution components, leads business walkthroughs and provides guidance to the project manager for key issues/risks to the projectWork with internal teams and business stakeholders to create prototypes, proof of concepts, etc.
Lead, guide and mentor other Solution Architects in the team.Drive the Salesforce Review Board and provide Governance for the Salesforce Hub.
Create and own overall Sales Tech Application Architecture in initiatives where supporting as Sr Technical Lead from the Sales Tech Hub.
Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems.Extensive experience in Integrating Salesforce or Sales Application with other Enterprise applications like SAP, GCP, AWS, etc with REST/SOAP APIs and Async processes.
Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing as the situation demands to guide stakeholders in thinking through all aspects of the askExcellent analytical skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies.
Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.Education / Certifications:
Active certifications in Salesforce/Sales Tech technologies or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hireJob specific requirements:15+ years experience with a minimum of 7 years on the Sales Technology platformExpert level understanding of the Sales Tech product suite, including any two of the following: Salesforce, MC1 , Kantar , Navigator and Newspage.
Experience in Consumer Goods domain will be an added advantage.
Experience in being go to person for technical challenges to design and prioritize business requirements and required Capabilities.
