Work timing - Monday to Saturday (10 am to 7 pm)

Job Description -

  • To follow up with various transporters for transport documents and ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • To mail dispatch detail along with necessary documents to customers.
  • To follow up with customers for payments.
  • To assist sales team in preparing and sending offers to customers as per their requirements.
  • To generate pro forma invoices as per our format.
  • To assist the MD in various day-to-day activities.

Requirements -
Experience - 1 to 2 years max.

Expected salary range - Max Up to 17000

Salary:
₹8, ₹17,000.00 per month

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

  • Office Coordinator work: 1 year (required)
- follow up with customers work: 1 year (preferred)
- sales team assist work: 1 year (required)

  • MS
Office Work: 1 year (required)
- dealing with transporters and Customers work: 1 year (preferred)
