Machine learning framework for the development of an interactive pedestrian crossing to enhance pedestrian safety

Responsibilities

Looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a background in Computer Science and Engineering to join our team for a project aimed at enhancing pedestrian safety on urban roads. The selected person will be responsible for traffic data analysis and developing ML models to be implemented at real locations.

Qualifications

M.Tech./M.E. in Computer Science and Engineering/allied fields with GATE/NET Qualified.

Desired Skills:

• Hands-on experience with image processing techniques and machine learning algorithms.
• Excellent understanding of object detection algorithms and libraries (e.g., OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Proven experience/knowledge in the implementation of ML and DL models in real-world scenarios.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML/DL frameworks.
• Preference will be given to candidates with work experience in Computer Vision applications in Transportation Engineering.
