Responsibilities:

Contact potential students who have expressed interest in our programs through digital media channels (website, social media, etc.).Provide detailed information about our courses, curriculum, fees, and admission process.

Answer queries and address concerns effectively, guiding students through the decision-making process.
Schedule appointments for campus visits or online consultations.
Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups using a CRM system.
Achieve monthly targets for lead conversion and enrollment.
Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation strategies.

Qualifications:
Excellent communication skillsPrior experience in telecalling, preferably in the education sector.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and lead generation.
Ability to build rapport with potential students and persuade them effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications.
