The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company.

This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills.

They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

A strong hunger for business is critical.

You should be open to working across multiple opportunities in a single minute and enjoy doing it as well If you are the other who not only can think of the core problem by digging deeper, but also come up with 20 different ways to solve it, you might have fun here.

Responsibilities

  • Business opportunities across partnerships and newer channels to drive the brand
  • Conversations with Customers and partners and aligning Trade terms with them
  • Negotiating terms that are winwin for both customer and the brand
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
years' prior industry related business development experience

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Available within next 30 days


Salary Range - while it would depend upon your experience, we have a limit of INR 20 lakhs even for the most experienced person for this role.
