Attero is a NASA-recognized metal extraction company and end-to-end recycler of Li-Ion Batteries and E-waste headquartered in Noida and a manufacturing facility in Roorkee, Uttarakhand. Attero is amongst a handful of elite organizations globally, with the capability to extract pure metals like Lithium, Cobalt, Titanium, Nickle, Manganese, Graphite, Gold, Copper, Palladium, etc from end-of-life electronics and Lithium-ion batteries.

The company is now in process of global expansion and setting up operations in India, Europe, and North America. Given the pace at which the company wants to grow, it expects employees to go beyond their defined roles to accomplish results, cooperate and collaborate with other team members, and are willing to apply innovation, and new ideas and take calculated risks like an entrepreneur.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative content (written, visual, and video) across various formats to attract and educate our target audience. Craft compelling product descriptions and website copy that effectively communicates our value proposition.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and execute a strategic social media plan for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms (depending on target audience). Create high-quality social media posts that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement (likes, comments, shares). Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
  • SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices across all business and digital platforms to improve organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic. Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and build backlinks to enhance search engine ranking.
  • Community Building: Foster a positive and interactive online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and addressing customer inquiries. Collaborate with other departments to develop engaging social media campaigns and promotions. Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

  • 1-5 years of experience in social media marketing and content creation within the D2C, e-commerce space, creative agency
  • Proven track record of growing organic reach and follower base for social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Creative and innovative approach to content development.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and content creation software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
