Job Role:
- Responsible for undertaking routine laboratory work and performing analysis to operating standards.
- Record and analyse the data gathered and handle the required paperwork.
- Checking and analysing raw material.
- Checking and analysing finished good.
- Ensure inprocess quality control.
- To carry out instructions as given to you by your manager.
- Report any nonconforming product or services to the Quality Manager or Technical Manager.
- Any other dairy duties as required by your manager.
