Full job description

  • CCM is responsible for implementation of customer care activities such as Post-Service Followup, complaints tracking and updating of complaints, etc.
  • Front office upkeep, customer receiving area cleanliness.
  • Ensure feedback from customers through cards and actions on dissatisfied customers.
  • Complaints tracking and pending complaints reports.
  • Complaints resolution compliance as per system.
  • Organizing customer meets.
  • Ensuring customer feedback during work.

Qualification:
Any Degree

Experience:
Min 3-10 year in the same in Automobile industry or call center

Location:
Kharar/Mohali

Salary:
Up to 18-30k
