Description:

The role of an Associate Manager at Liminal involves managing the financial operations for clients, including daily operations, bookkeeping, compliance, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cryptocurrency transaction processing, financial services, and blockchain technology.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a team of 1-2 members and manage daily operations without client escalations.
  • Handle daily custody operations smoothly.
  • Conduct end-of-day reconciliation for client portfolios.
  • Provide daily transaction reports to clients.
  • Prepare financial reports for senior management and regulatory authorities.
  • Develop financial policies and procedures in compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage financial operations, including planning, analysis, and budgeting.
  • Maintain relationships with financial institutions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and assist with audits.
  • Review financial reports critically to identify and address discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • 4-7 years of financial management experience.
  • Experience in stakeholder and people management.
  • Knowledge of digital assets, blockchain technology, and industry regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial management software.
