Purpose of the role:Oversee the HV (400V to 1200V) electronics hardware engineeringteam to define design validate and take to production brand new HVhardware products (Motor Controllers Inverter DCDC OBC PDU). Thiswill include overseeing the selection of the right circuit topologyrun simulations to verify the key performance characteristicsdevelop the detailed design layout prototypes and take the designthrough full verification and validation and into production. Thisalso includes the selection of all the components selection of thepower devices and controllers and the development of basicfirmware.

Tasks &Accountabilities: Lead and manage the HVelectronic hardware development team including hiring training andperformance management. Drive the development of HVelectronic hardware products from concept to mass productionensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Develop and maintain hardware design processes tools andmethodologies to improve efficiency quality and reliability.

Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams including system team software developmentproduct management and operations to ensure alignment of hardwaredevelopment with product goals and timelines.

Manage relationships withexternal suppliers and partners to ensure timely and costeffectivedelivery of hardware components and services. Develop and maintain projectplans budgets and schedules and provide regular status updates tosenior management. Stay uptodate with industrytrends and emerging technologies to inform hardware developmentstrategy and product roadmap.

Define the topology for thedifferent devices under development Supervise the detailed circuitdesign (power electronics up to 300Kw 1200V power modules based onSI IGBT SiC GaN) Responsible for the detailedcircuit analysis and simulations Designing advancedmicroprocessor/DSP control boards which may include FPGAs Responsible to meet theFunctional Safety requirements at HW level Responsible for the printedcircuit board (PCB) design Signal Integrity Thermal design andmechanical integration DFMEA Design for manufacturing /Assembly Oversee the prototypedevelopment and testing Drive the homologation of thedevices developed at component and system level Follow the EMC/EMI testing andcertifications Author maintain and executehardware test plans.
