Technical Skills:
- Java/J2EE Development
- Application server WebLogic/WebSphere
- Spring Framework
- Angular, Java Script & CSS
- GIT and Jenkins
- SQL & Oracle DB
Other Skills:
- Designing and developing scalable, maintainable records management solution for the Banks
- Providing support/maintenance, quick fixes, issue resolution, deployment & business support
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand short and long term business needs and develop enterprisewide solutions for the above area
- Enthusiastic and motivated personality with a cando attitude and a proven track record of solving complex challenges
- Dedicated problem solver with a positive, compassionate personality and cando attitude who loves to handle multiple challenging priorities and assignments
- Flexible to hold calls to support differing business hours globally including India and CH
- Knowledge of MQ, FTPS & Web Services is a good to have
- Willingness to learn new records management technologies such as FileNet and OpenText/InfoArchive and use them as per the needs of the bank
