Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit and produce highquality video content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and online advertisements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and execute them through graphics and video.
  • Ensure all graphics and video content align with the company's branding guidelines and overall marketing strategy.
  • Optimize graphics and video content for web and social media to ensure quick loading times and high performance.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Assist in brainstorming and ideation sessions for new marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Provide support in the creation of presentation materials and other marketing collateral as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Graphics Designer and Video Editor, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative graphics and video projects.
  • Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and typography.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate creative ideas effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with motion graphics and animation.
  • Knowledge of 3D design software such as Blender or Cinema 4D.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective graphic/video requirements.
  • Understanding of SEO and content optimization for digital platforms.
