Help all business departments to identify barriers and write up requirements descriptions, filter out and review their requests. (As a result, prioritized requests with ready for development description will be placed in backlogs of the corresponding development team in HQ and included in corresponding plans)- Support global product rollout process by providing local expertise and providing instructions to local team based on global guidelines- Organize and control local daily key metrics monitoring process

- for local specific features with accordance to local needs (this includes measurable

Operations, Sales metrics, and improve them along with Product metrics.)

  • Contribute toward evolution of the product and lead local product to find new growth areas.
  • Organize and describe local experiments related to the new functionality in collaboration with Product Managers and Product Analysts
  • Organize the process of getting product insights from local market competition, user needs and customers feedback and present them to global team
  • Create release notes for local teams about new functionality developed in HQ, organize local trainings if needed

Requirements:

  • Education in any of: management in technological systems, engineering, business, marketing, software development, information systems, technical design, product marketing, product development, project management 3+ years of experience in the field of Project Management/Product Management/Data Analytics : Data Analysis, Sql, Metrics, AB tests, Custdev, UX/UI, MVP launching
  • Experience with Tableau, Mydbr, Pipedrive, Google analytics, Amplitude, Metabase, extensive knowledge of Excel would be a plus
  • Experience of defining process improvements: knowledge of product and project methodologies.
  • Extensive knowledge of product tools and techniques
  • Ability to distill large volumes of data into digestible and actionable insights
  • Work experience either as a rollout manager or project manager or product manager, software application development, etc. starting from 3 years.
  • Analytical, datadriven, metricsoriented
  • Attention to details
  • Follow through on commitments and follow ups
  • We are looking for a senior Analyst/ Business Analyst / Product Analyst with excellent MYSQL skills.(Should be able to resolve complex queries in MYSQL)
  • A/B testing experience is preferred.
