As a Network Lead, you will:
Lead and manage a team of network engineers, providing guidance and support.

Design and implement network solutions that meet the organization's requirements.

Ensure network security and compliance with relevant standards and policies.

Monitor network performance and implement optimization strategies.

Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in a timely manner.

Manage network projects from planning to execution, ensuring deadlines are met.

Collaborate with other IT teams and business units to align network services with organizational goals.

Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new technologies as appropriate.

Develop and maintain network documentation and standard operating procedures.

What You Bring to the Table:Extensive knowledge of network infrastructure, protocols, and services.

Expertise in designing, implementing, and managing large-scale network solutions.

Proficiency in network security practices and technologies.

Strong understanding of network monitoring and performance optimization.

Experience with network hardware and software from major vendors (Cisco, Juniper, etc.).

Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

You should possess the ability to:Lead and mentor a team of network engineers.

Troubleshoot and solve complex network issues efficiently.
