We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Social Media Marketing Expert to join our vibrant team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in social media strategy, content creation, and digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce platforms. This role demands a creative visionary who can amplify brand awareness, engage our online community, and enhance our digital footprint through strategic social media initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive web traffic, and boost engagement across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, , Pinterest, etc.).

Create, curate, and manage captivating content (text, images, video) that aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives.

Stay ahead of social media trends, tools, and applications, utilizing this knowledge to refine social media presence and campaign effectiveness.

Analyze social media metrics and generate insightful reports to measure campaign success, offering data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Collaborate with the marketing team to seamlessly integrate social media efforts into broader marketing campaigns.

Manage social media advertising campaigns, overseeing budget allocation, targeting, and performance analysis.

Actively engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally.

Conduct competitive analysis and remain up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and e-commerce.

Implement SEO strategies to enhance content visibility and search rankings.

Coordinate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce high-quality content.

Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns to expand reach and enhance brand credibility.

Manage and optimize social media accounts on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

3-4 years of proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in the e-commerce sector.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.

Proficiency with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).

Knowledge of SEO principles as they apply to social media content.

Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.

Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.

Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online marketing techniques.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).

Understanding of PPC advertising and paid social media campaigns.

Knowledge of HTML and CSS for content optimization.
