The Customer Management Experience (CME) is a key strategic programme for HSBC Wholesale bank.CME, as a programme, aims to move the organisation forward into a best-in-class coordinated sales and service function, freeing up sales staff to spend more time with clients, and being better informed in those interactions.
And CME is doing this by rolling out the Global Customer Relationship Mgmt. (CRM) application from the SaaS Microsoft Dynamics365 platform.CME has now been deployed to 54 countries, including all hub sites, and to wholesale colleagues across the world. This represents the widest geographic deployment of Microsoft Dynamics within the Financial Services industry.
The CME Solution Architect (Functional) will be critical in shaping and defining the strategy solutions components of CME.
We are looking for experienced Solution Architect with an excellent functional and technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and related Microsoft cloud solutions and related technologies (, Office 365, Power BI, etc.).
You will apply your knowledge and experience to each customer through proactive and preventative work efforts including requirement clarification, solution design, and technical implementation support.
This role requires the ability to acknowledge opportunities and solve real world business problems.You will be expected to strategically assist CME business with assessments, solution design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ Dynamics 365 solution.
Responsible for overall application architecture and design decisions during a project.Works to map overall design to requirements and systems, ensuring solutions align with business goals and processes, and fit within the enterprise context.
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of an Associate Lead Architect.In this role, you will:
Assists the functional resources/business analysts with requirements gathering and provides design guidance for significant CME/MS Dynamics 365 (CRM) projects.
Facilitates discussions with business and technical stakeholders to extract critical business requirements and present a technical vision and solutions in the context of software products, customisations, and integrations to meet those needs within Dynamics 365 (CRM) and in related 365 toolset.
Deep knowledge of the Dynamics CRM, Customer Engagement, Interactive Service Hub, Field Service and Portals. Strong understanding of when to use of native features and when it is appropriate to use custom engagement development. Ability to successfully communicate this information to both technical and business teams.Participates with implementation delivery team to develop a solution proposal that includes scope, assumptions, implementation plan, and technology solution options to meet project goals as well as longer term needs.
Provides leadership and technical guidance to the project team throughout the implementation to ensure accurate delivery of project plans.Provides current best practices and solution alternatives as part of functional or technical design documents.
Communicates complex topics regarding solutions and related projects to audiences both with and without deep technical skills.
Ability to be client-facing including effectively communicating with the business, leading meetings, and capturing and distributing action items.
Assists with upgrades of CME D365 cloud.
Occasionally assist with providing inputs to the project plans, estimates and scope for sales proposals and statements of work.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement applications (CRM) product experience and processes along with experience in other MS Dynamics modules.5+ years of project experience and 3+ years of consulting experience.
Knowledge of Dynamics 365 for Sales & Marketing, Field Service, Project Service Automation, Customer Service, Voice of the Customer, Portals, and other emerging Microsoft software.
Experience implementing and customizing Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365.Proven ability to create innovative solutions to solve complex business requirements, and streamline/automate business processes.
Experience with Dynamics CRM SDK.Experience with leading or participating in the gathering and documenting of business processes and requirements for the system with key business users.
Creation of Functional and Technical Specifications documentation for the project including specifications for customizations, data migration, and system Integrations.Experience with SDK and 3rd party tools such as XRMToolbox for administration of CRM system.
Building and configuring CRM forms, views, dashboards, and workflows.
Understanding of CRM API, REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints.
Experience with .NET, SQL Server, JavaScript, and C#.Knowledge of Azure cloud platform.
Good to have experience in collaboration tools (such as:
Confluence, Jira).Additional Skills.
Experience with other Microsoft products (, Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, SharePoint, etc.)Proficient in Visual Studio, Business Intelligence Development Studio, PowerBI, O365 Administration, SQL Server Data Tools, and Team Foundation ServerFamiliarity with Azure SQL, SSIS or other ETL technologiesExperience with Dynamics PortalsContainer technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)Automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet)Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (Jenkins, GitHub, Nexus)Middleware (Websphere, Tomcat, Java, Messaging, Application Server, Web server)Have a good understanding of the financial services business.
Able to translate business needs into appropriate IT solutions.Good written and spoken communication skills with experience of successfully influencing stakeholders, negotiating effectively, and winning over audiences with compelling and persuasive presentations.
