About position: The role of a social media manager involves a range of tasks focused on overseeing and enhancing an organization's online presence across social media platforms. Tasks

Salary (C.T.C): Annually.

Work Hours: Full Time (10:00 AM to 06:00 PM IST).

Experience required: 13 years of relevant experience mandatory.

Responsibilities:

  • Posting and scheduling: Ensure consistent posting schedules and optimize timing for maximum reach and engagement.
  • Stay Updated: Stay informed about the latest trends, updates, and best practices in the dynamic social media landscape.
  • Build and manage the organization's social media profiles and presence on platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, graphic designers, social media marketing (SMM) team, and content creators to develop compelling content.
Requirements
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing social media platforms for a brand or organization.
  • Ability to travel and capture customer stories and industry partnerships.
  • Experience in creating podcasts, reels, YouTube videos, and other multimedia content formats.
  • Proven track record of generating engaging, relevant content that drives traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Solid understanding of social media trends, analytics, best practices, and tools.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills in English and at least one other language.
  • Creative and strategic mindset, capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Passionate about the organization's mission and vision, with a thirst for continuous learning and development.
