Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the team to ensure efficient and effective food production and service
  • Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain highquality standards
  • Train and mentor team members on food safety procedures and proper food handling techniques
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a positive work environment

Skills:

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the hospitality industry
  • Experience in food production or culinary arts is preferred
  • Ability to handle pressure in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills to interact with team members, customers, and other stakeholders
