Role :
We are seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors EC (Employee Central) Consultant to join our dynamic team in Bangalore/Gurgaon.

As an EC Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors EC modules to meet our clients' HR business requirements.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, including HR leaders and technical teams, to deliver successful HR transformation projects leveraging SAP SuccessFactors EC.


Responsibilities :

  • Implementation and Configuration : Lead endtoend implementation projects of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module, including requirement gathering, system configuration, customization, testing, and deployment.
  • Solution Design : Work closely with clients to understand their HR business processes and requirements, and design solutions that align with best practices and industry standards.
  • Stakeholder Management : Engage with stakeholders at various levels, including HR leadership, business users, and technical teams, to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
  • Integration : Collaborate with integration teams to design and implement integrations between SAP SuccessFactors EC and other HR systems, such as payroll, time tracking, and talent management.
  • Data Migration : Oversee data migration activities, including data mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading, to ensure accurate and timely migration of HR data into SAP SuccessFactors EC.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance : Develop test plans, conduct system testing, and support user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of SAP SuccessFactors EC solutions.
  • Training and Support : Provide training and support to endusers and project teams on SAP SuccessFactors EC functionality, processes, and best practices.
  • Documentation : Prepare and maintain project documentation, including design documents, configuration guides, and training materials.
  • Continuous Improvement : Stay abreast of SAP SuccessFactors EC updates and enhancements, and proactively identify opportunities to optimize and enhance existing implementations.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • 9+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors EC implementation and configuration, with at least 3 full lifecycle implementations.
  • Indepth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors EC modules, including Employee Central Core HR, Position Management, and Global Benefits.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices, with experience in HR transformation initiatives.
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors configuration tools, such as Employee Central Configuration Workbook (CCB), and familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors integration tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced, clientfacing environment.
