We are seeking someone to assist with tasks related to Amazon Account health. To be successful at this job, you must:

  • Demonstrate proficiency in navigating Amazon Seller Central and monitoring Account Health, addressing issues such as Condition Issues, Product Restrictions, and Safety Concerns.
  • Execute the process of filing cases with Amazon support, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Utilize basic knowledge of task management systems, such as Asana or similar platforms.
  • Stay informed about performance notifications and effectively utilize the Voice of the Customer Dashboard.
  • Maintain availability during US business hours to address and respond to relevant tasks and issues.

What will I need to thrive in this role?

  • Proficiency in communication both verbal and written in English
  • Experience in working with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Experience in working with Amazon Seller Central and Account Health
  • Ecommerce related job experience
