About the Role:
KAM outbound contact center would be responsible to manager contact center operations which would include, daily operations, lead generation, merchant onboarding as some of the key KPIs.
About the team:

- Longtail Merchants will work with Lead
- Longtail Merchnat within SMB Function.
What you'll be doing:
- KAM
- Longtail Merchants will be handling Portfolio of Merchnats directly or with help of thirtpary KAMs.
Responsilities include:
- Handling Thirdyparty KAMs for merchant engements.
- Merchant Growth
- Merhant Retention
- GMV/ Revenue/ GM/ Crosssell
