About the Role:


KAM outbound contact center would be responsible to manager contact center operations which would include, daily operations, lead generation, merchant onboarding as some of the key KPIs.


About the team:

  • KAM
  • Longtail Merchants will work with Lead
  • Longtail Merchnat within SMB Function.

What you'll be doing:

  • KAM
  • Longtail Merchants will be handling Portfolio of Merchnats directly or with help of thirtpary KAMs.

Responsilities include:

  • Handling Thirdyparty KAMs for merchant engements.
  • Merchant Growth
  • Merhant Retention
  • GMV/ Revenue/ GM/ Crosssell
