RoleOverview:

The Senior AR Caller isresponsible for managing and overseeing the Revenue CycleManagement (RCM) for US Healthcare Providers. This role involvesdirect communication with insurance carriers to ensure timely andaccurate payment of claims. Ideal candidates will have a strongunderstanding of the healthcare billing process denials and thenecessary actions required to resolvethem.



Responsibilities:
  • Thoroughunderstanding of the Revenue Cycle Management process specific toUS Healthcare providers.
  • Review workorders and follow up with insurance carriers to inquire about thestatus of claims and resolve outstanding claimsissues.
  • Display expertise inhandling denials identifying reasons for rejections and takingimmediate corrective actions to resolve themefficiently.
  • Ensure that alldeliverables adhere to the highest quality standards and align withclient expectations.
  • Receive andprocess payment information accurately once claims have beensettled.
  • Analyze claims that arerejected and prepare reports detailing findings and statuses ofclaims for furtheraction.


Requirements
  • Excellentverbal and written communication skills with the ability to conveyinformation clearly and handle complexinquiries.
  • Strong listening skills with a keen ability to comprehend detailedinformation quickly andaccurately.
  • Demonstratedknowledge and experience in AR calling with a focus on efficiencyandeffectiveness.
  • Proactivein addressing issues and excellent in developing solutions thatenhance operationalefficiency.
  • Any graduate degree from a recognizeduniversity.
  • Atleast 1 year of experience in AR calling RCM denial managementhospital billing or physicianbilling.
  • Familiaritywith common medical billing software and healthcare claimprocedures.
  • Candidatesmust be willing to work night shifts asrequired.
  • Previousexperience in a senior role or teamleading position isadvantageous.
  • Abilityto work independently with minimal supervision and as part after ofateam.


Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls in anInternational Voice Process environment. Understand customerqueries and provide accurate solutions. Facilitate and processcustomer information in accordance with company policies. Workcollaboratively with team members to meet targets and improveservice quality.
