3D Secure

3D Secure (Mastercard ID Check/Verified by Visa) is being implemented by almost all cardprogrammes under Mastercard, Visa and regulatory mandates.

This role plays a key role in supporting clients in implementing 3D Secure and in upgrading versionsand the service available to cardholders in a successful and timely manner.

• Requirement Gathering – liaising with clients to compile all requirements in a timely mannerahead of project start
• Statement of Work tracking and monitoring for completion
• Documenting and updating all projects records and tracker
• Following up with 3D Secure provider on change request delivery
• Client Product Activation in platform 3DS Connectivity set up for clients raise requests in a timely manner and follow up tocompletion
• Encryption Key installation raise requests in a timely manner and follow up to completion. 3DS Staging & Production environment set up for clients
• Supporting clients with fraud mitigation rule creation & testing
• Supporting with all 3DS project activities including (but not limited to) troubleshootingtesting issues, creating user access for clients, following up with clients on project activitiesas required
• Support for client queries and escalations relating to 3D Secure
• Troubleshooting 3DS related issues
• This role will work with clients in different regions (e.g. Europe, Asia-Pacific) so will require adegree of shift working. A comprehensive induction will be provided and ongoingtraining/support.
• So, the implementations Team in GPS are the ones who onboard a new client into GPSsystem, take care of any new client requirements (example if a bank wants to launch cardsin a new country) or migrations such as the Caxton migration that took place last month.
• They deal with this process as projects, so ideally all implementations' managers are goodin project management and fintech industry knowledge.
• The implementation analysts we are looking to recruit here are going to be working likeassistants for these Imps managers (for now)
• They will, support in maintainingdocuments, configuring requirements, do all backoffice work for these projects underthe guidance of imp's managers.
• So, we need folks who are good in attention to detail, who has basic knowledge ondocumentation, requirement understanding, project management etc.
