Frontline Sales Executive for Kolkata

with strong channel sales experience to join our journey.
This is more than just a sales role; it's an opportunity to

own your territory and build a legacy .

You'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong relationships with channel partners, and exceeding ambitious sales targets.

Candidate Location – KolkataSalary – 20-30k + incentives

Here's what you'll conquer:

  • Channel Sales Champion:Develop and manage a network of distributors and dealers in your assigned territory, driving profitable sales growth.
  • Relationship Builder:Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers to secure partnerships and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Sales Strategist:Develop and execute territory-specific sales plans and strategies aligned with overall company goals.
  • Market Savvy:Gather market intelligence and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Sales Execution Pro:Close deals, achieve sales targets, and consistently exceed expectations.
  • Data & Reporting Guru:Utilize CRM software to track progress, generate reports, and identify growth opportunities.
Field Leader:Be the "boots on the ground," representing Vivre Panels and keeping the team informed of market trends and customer needs.Are you the ideal candidate?
  • You have 2-4 years of experience in B2B channel sales, with a proven track record of success in exceeding targets and building strong relationships with clients.
(Your experience in FMCG sales is a major plus)
  • You're a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong desire to succeed.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with people at all levels.
  • You're a strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to sales.
  • You're comfortable working independently and managing your time effectively.
  • You're a team player with a collaborative spirit.
  • You are willing to travel up to 3 weeks per month.
  • You have fluency in English, Hindi & Bengali.
  • You have your own two-wheeler.
