Job Description

As a Sales & Partnership Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding the company's market presence by identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and managing client relationships.

The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of developing and executing effective sales strategies.


Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation:


  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, referrals, online research).
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.



Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with prospective clients. Close sales deals and ensure successful onboarding of new clients.

Account Management:


  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns promptly.

Market Analysis:


  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Use insights to inform sales strategies and product development.

Partnership Development:


  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue strategic partnership opportunities to drive growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and industry influencers.



Negotiation and Agreement: Negotiate partnership agreements, including terms, conditions, and performance metrics. Ensure that all partnerships align with the company's strategic objectives and deliver mutual benefits.
- Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, customer success) to ensure seamless collaboration and integration of partnership initiatives.
  • Coordinate joint marketing and promotional activities with partners.



Performance Monitoring:


  • Track and analyze the performance of partnerships, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize partnership outcomes.
