Design and implement comprehensive training programs and initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales teamConduct interactive and informative training sessions for both new hires and existing associates, focusing on product knowledge and sales processAnalyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in the training program and processesDevelop audit plans and lead internal audits of the sales department to assess compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

Prepare and present audit findings, recommendations, and action plans to senior management to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with company standards.

Create and update training materials, presentations, and documentation to support ongoing training initiativesMaintain detailed records of training sessions, audit results, and performance metrics.
