Sales Manager


in the kitchen appliance sector, who will be responsible for driving sales growth and establishing strong relationships with B2B PAN India.

This role requires a strategic thinker with proven leadership skills, a deep understanding of B2B sales process.

Key Responsibilities :
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the kitchen appliance sector, to achieve sales targets and company growth objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth in the kitchen appliance market.
Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue and market share for our kitchen appliance products.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients and partners.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and ensure long-term business relationships.
Track and analyze sales metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in B2B Sales & business Development, preferably in hotel/ hospitality sectorAnalytical mindset with proficiency in sales data analysis and reporting.

Expertise in identifying new business opportunities, building, and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships.
Agile and responsive, with the ability to develop solutions quickly and efficiently.
Passionate about innovation in kitchen technology and improving the customer journey.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows and Demo & deployment.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree - in Hospitality / Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldCandidates from IIHM will be preferred.

Proven track record of success in B2B sales development, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role.

Experience in the kitchenware or home appliances industry is a plus.
Excellent Communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
