1. Conduct store visits as per the chart given

  • Observe the ISP (In Store Promoters)
  • Take notes on observations made
  • Give Feedback
  • Conduct training sessions - Sales/Behaviour/Product
  • Coach/Groom wherever necessary
  • Report findings to the Master trainer
  • Trainer preferably from FMCD (Fast Moving Consumer Durable) background

Package - Around 35K/month + Travel allowance

Travel - Own vehicle and ready to travel across the district assigned

Travel cost - reimbursed

Preference - Male Trainers (but not limited to) as it involves Travel and in store inspection.
