Key responsibilities:

  • Understands product specifications and identifies user touchpoints/ interactions through the various journeys
  • Conducts remote and onsite usability testing with real users to ensure the endproduct design provides users with the optimum experience in terms of efficiency, effectiveness and engagement
  • Develops wireframes and task flows based on user needs
  • Works collaboratively with other designers, product design and development teams, business analysts, engineers and project managers to create intuitive, userfriendly software
  • Creates and iterates core UX design deliverables
  • Keeps abreast of competitor products and industry trends
