Overview: The SeniorElectrical Mechanical Engineer plays a crucial role in ourorganization responsible for leading and overseeing the designdevelopment and implementation of complex electromechanicalsystems. They will work closely with crossfunctional teams toensure the successful integration of electrical and mechanicalcomponents within our products and provide technical expertise atall stages of the product lifecycle.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Lead the design anddevelopment of electromechanical systems ensuring functionalityreliability and costeffectiveness.
  • Collaboratewith internal and external teams to define system requirements andspecifications.
  • Provide technical expertise andguidance on electrical and mechanical components materials andmanufacturing processes.
  • Conduct testing andtroubleshooting of electromechanical systems to identify andresolve issues.
  • Drive continuous improvementinitiatives to optimize system performance andefficiency.
  • Participate in project planningscheduling and budgeting activities.
  • Coordinatewith suppliers and vendors to select and procure components andmaterials.
  • Document and maintain accuraterecords of design specifications test results and projectreports.
  • Lead and mentor junior engineersproviding technical guidance andsupport.
  • Ensure compliance with industrystandards regulations and bestpractices.
  • Support product integration andvalidation activities including field testing and customersupport.
  • Communicate with stakeholders toprovide project updates and technicalrecommendations.
  • Contribute to innovation andR&D efforts to drive technological advancements inelectromechanical systems.
  • Adhere to safetyprotocols and promote a culture of safety within theorganization.
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inElectrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or relatedfield.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in thedesign and development of electromechanicalsystems.
  • Strong proficiency in CAD software andother design tools.
  • Excellent understanding ofelectrical and mechanical principles materials and manufacturingprocesses.
  • Demonstrated project managementskills with the ability to lead crossfunctional teams and driveprojects to successful completion.
  • Proficiencyin troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related toelectromechanical systems.
  • Ability to interpretand create engineering drawings schematics and technicaldocumentation.
  • Experience with productlifecycle management (PLM) and version controlsystems.
  • Strong communication collaboration andleadership skills.
  • Knowledge of industrystandards regulations and safety protocols related toelectromechanical systems.
  • Ability to workeffectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiplepriorities simultaneously.
  • Critical thinkingand problemsolving abilities to address complex engineeringchallenges.
  • Adaptability and willingness tolearn and apply new technologies andmethodologies.
  • Professional certification orlicensure may beadvantageous.
