  • Develop in Eclipsebased IDEs.
  • Design, develop, and maintain highperformance Java applications using Drools rule engine for business rule management and automation.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements, define rule logic, and implement complex business rules using Drools.
  • Optimize and refactor existing codebase to enhance performance, scalability, and maintainability of Droolsbased applications.
  • Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Drools rules and related Java code to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Document rule changes, development processes, and provide technical support for rule engine implementation and integration with other systems.

Required Skills :

  • Two or more years of large scale DROOLS rules engine implementation experience.
  • Two or more years working with the Java Spring Integration framework.
  • Five or more years of Java development experience.
  • Five or more years of experience developing RESTful Web Services.
  • Experience with Eclipse IDE, or similar.
  • Successful candidate works well in a selfdirected manner, but is also able to work effectively with others in a highly collaborative development environment
