• Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp their project needs.
• Showcase the advantages of contract staffing solutions to companies.
• Negotiate contract terms and oversee placements from beginning to end.
• Ensure consistent communication with clients and candidates during the process.
• Establish and enhance a strong IT network within the Kochi region.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of IT recruitment experience, with a preference for contract staffing.
• Demonstrated success in placing IT professionals in temporary roles.
• Thorough understanding of the IT job market in Kochi, Kerala.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Capability to work autonomously and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a bonus.
