What you will do
At GTO Production Logistics Purchasing APAC you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large

You will:
Ensure implementation of global sourcing strategies and projects, systems and processes in the Region.

Drive operational efficiency at a regional level and be the purchasing interface with Volvo Group partners and suppliers in the Region.


Your future team
You will be a part of Logistics Purchasing APAC team, located in China, Singapore and Australia.

In this role, you will bring:

  • Hold a university degree and/or MBA
  • Show a real talent for cultural integration
  • As all documentation is in English, proficiency in the English language is required
  • Second language used in the region would be appreciated
  • Broad generalist profile with crossfunctional background would be valuable
  • Good regional knowledge (markets, transport and logistics innovations)
  • Good understanding of transport and commercial vehicles industries and business analyses
  • Strong communication and networking skills
  • Proactive, reactive and flexible mindset
  • Result oriented
  • Teamwork spirit.
