We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience managing software/system implementation projects with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing and delivering implementation projects in custom &/or product development firms, with a proven track record of leadership in a growing, fast-paced environment.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, and to the highest quality standards.

The role is a PMO role across multiple projects wherein this person is responsible for project governance wrt all aspects of project management i.e.

planning to tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate internal team members and stakeholders to ensure flawless execution of projects, providing regular updates and addressing concernsEnsure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget while working with project delivery teamsAssist in defining project scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders for feasibilityHelp manage resource availability and allocation, working with cross-functional teams to meet project objectivesDevelop and maintain detailed project plans to monitor progress, schedules, and track the project plan workstream to closure by having regular meetings/scrumsManage changes to project scope, schedule using appropriate techniquesMeasure project performance using relevant tools and techniquesReport and escalate issues to management as necessaryPerform risk management to identify and mitigate potential impacts on project timelines and budgetsEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycleCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationFoster a collaborative, inclusive team environment, promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

Required Experience/

Skill Set:6-8 years of relevant experience in managing projects with a proven track record of successful project deliveryA bachelor's degree or master's degree in a related field.

PMP certification or equivalent and business analysis experience will be an added advantage as wellExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and engage with stakeholders at all levelsProfessional, positive, collegial demeanor; collaborative relationship builder who contributes skills and knowledge to the larger teamGreat written and verbal communication.

Experience in creating Project management assets i.e. Project Plans, business process/flow etc.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong business acumen in project management and planning with experience in project management tools and methodologies like Agile, Scrum, Waterfall
