The candidate will be responsible for handling the ofHR, IR and Administration at the organization.

He will be responsible for leading and directing all aspects of the operations and the services of the Human Resources Division including Talent Acquisition, Labor Relations, Employee Relations, Training/Education & Development, Compliance, Benefits, Compensation and Performance Management,HRIS, Office Services, Legal and Governmental compliance, and Budget areas of responsibilities.


JOB responsibility:
Shall be responsible for manpower planning for the plant & corporate and managing recruitment for all positions. Shall be responsible for ensuring compliance to legal and statutory requirements. Shall be responsible for benchmarking compensation & overseeing Salary & Wage Administration. Shall be responsible for successfully handling, contractual labor & union matters within premises.

Shall be responsible for drafting charge sheet, show cause notices, warning letters, suspension orders, written memos and/or any other disciplinary action-related correspondence.

Shall be responsible for identifying training needs; preparing training calendar and managing the training requirements.

Shall be responsible liaise with other functional/departmental managers to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purposes, and achievements.

Shall be responsible for overseeing the Full and Final and exit processes initiated on a timely manner. Shall be responsible for ensuring specific initiatives to retain critical & valued talent across levels.

Required Qualification:
M.B.A./M.S.W.

Postgraduate/Graduate in HR from a reputed Business SchoolRequisite Experience:
Minimum 3 Years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
