As a Human Resources Specialist focusing on Employee Relations and Industrial Relations, your main role revolves around managing the connection between the company and its workforce. You will be responsible for promoting a positive work environment, handling conflicts, negotiating agreements, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve labor relations
• Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts
• Provide training on labor relations and legal requirements
• Facilitate communication between employees and management
• Implement programs to boost employee engagement and satisfaction
• Conduct surveys to gather feedback and address concerns
• Manage negotiations, agreements, and ensure legal compliance
• Maintain accurate records of labor relations activities and resolutions
• Prepare reports on labor relations metrics for senior management
