Your responsibilities will include:
Monitor borrower's compliance with loan documents and evaluates and processes residential loan transactions in accordance with the loan documents on a variety of routine matters. Support the day-to-day needs of Loan Servicing by providing data analysis, project deliverables, risk management, and operational requirements to achieve strategic objectives. Independently review system-generated reports to monitor loan delinquency, maturities, call dates, payments, and interest rate changes Coordinate borrower's requests on non-routine / ad hoc matters such as forbearance agreements, easements, etc. Prepare and process collateral releases and work with custodians. Assist in the closing of residential mortgage loan trades with selling counterparties. Complete special projects as assigned by management.Qualifications & Experience
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: (Academic, Professional, Experience)
