Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and other sources.

Customer Engagement:

  • Provide detailed information about products and services.
  • Answer questions and address customer concerns.
  • Build rapport with customers and maintain positive customer relationships.

Sales and Lead Generation:

  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities.
  • Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Update customer information and manage databases effectively.

Feedback and Reporting:

  • Collect feedback from customers and share it with the team to improve products and services.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on call activities and outcomes.

Compliance and Quality:

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a tele caller, telemarketer, or similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the [specific industry, e.g., telecommunications, insurance, etc.] sector.
  • Multilingual abilities.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.
