Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential solar companies in Gujarat and establish new business relationships.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct facetoface meetings with prospective and existing clients to present products and negotiate contracts.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, including recommending suitable solar plant parts and components.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including the sales support and technical teams, to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery of products.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales team objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using the company's CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in the solar energy or related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on delivering customer value.
  • Selfmotivated, proactive, and targetdriven individual with a passion for sales and renewable energy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Gujarat to meet clients and attend industry events as required.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Google Suite
