Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets for the outdoor furniture line to architects, dealers, hotels, and HNI in the assigned region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive business growth in the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including architects, interior designers, dealers, hotels, and HNI.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns to support sales activities.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as product development and operations, to ensure that customer needs are met and sales goals are achieved.
- Monitor market trends and competition to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Develop and manage a sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the senior management team.
- Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the outdoor furniture line and increase brand visibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 1012 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the outdoor furniture industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships with architects, interior designers, dealers, hotels, and HNI.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a sales team.
- Understanding of market trends and competition.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
