Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets for the outdoor furniture line to architects, dealers, hotels, and HNI in the assigned region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive business growth in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including architects, interior designers, dealers, hotels, and HNI.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns to support sales activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as product development and operations, to ensure that customer needs are met and sales goals are achieved.
  • Monitor market trends and competition to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  • Develop and manage a sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the senior management team.
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the outdoor furniture line and increase brand visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1012 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the outdoor furniture industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships with architects, interior designers, dealers, hotels, and HNI.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a sales team.
  • Understanding of market trends and competition.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
