Looking for a Pastry Chef Instructor here in Aluva, Ernakulam with the following disciplines.

  • Preparing a wide variety of delicious desserts, pastries, and sweet goods.
  • Creating new and enticing recipes.
  • Decorating pastries to ensure beautiful presentation.
  • Maintaining the quality of ingredients(Breads, pastries and desserts)
  • Operating and managing the entire baking institution.
  • Checking & ensuring that the ingredients used are as per the standards.
  • Guiding and motivating pastry assistants and bakers to work more efficiently.
  • Instruct, Construct and Lead the baking business as a partner.


The job type is usually full-time, Permanent and the salary can range from ₹45,000 or more to a personal share in business plus other incentives.

The education level required can vary, but a diploma or a bachelor's degree is often preferred. The job language is typically English, Malayalam, Hindi etc.
