Role DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist with a deep understanding of the financial markets to join our dynamic team at Orbit Opportunity and Media Pvt Ltd in Indore.

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of HR expertise and financial market knowledge to effectively manage HR functions within our finance-focused organization.

Responsibilities include day-to-day HR tasks such as recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and policy implementation.

Additionally, the HR Manager will collaborate with management to develop HR strategies and initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Staffing:

Job Analysis and Design:
Develop job descriptions and specifications for roles within the financial markets sector, ensuring alignment with industry standards

Sourcing and Attracting Candidates:
Utilize industry networks, job boards, and recruitment fairs to attract top talent in finance

Selection Process:
Conduct interviews and assessments, focusing on both HR and financial acumen, to select the best candidates

Onboarding:
Design and implement onboarding programs that cater to the specific needs of finance professionals

Employee Relations:

Conflict Resolution:
Address and resolve workplace disputes, with a focus on finance-related issues and team dynamics

Employee Engagement:
Develop initiatives to boost morale and engagement among employees working in high-pressure financial market environments

Communication:
Facilitate clear and effective communication between management and financial teams

Policy Implementation:
Enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring they meet the unique requirements of the financial sector

Documentation and Record-Keeping:
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper documentation of financial certifications and training

Administrative Functions:

HR Information Systems (HRIS):
Manage HR data and systems, ensuring efficient record-keeping and data analysis

Payroll Administration:
Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial industry standards

Diversity and Inclusion:

Promoting Diversity:
Develop and implement policies that promote diversity within the financial sector

Equity Initiatives:
Ensure equitable treatment and opportunities for all employees, with a focus on finance professionals

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.

Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably within the financial sector

Knowledge:
Strong understanding of financial markets, industry regulations, and HR best practices

Skills:
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and strategic planning skills. Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.

Attributes:
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced financial environment.
