Job Summary


We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead our product strategy, innovation, and development efforts.

As a key member of our executive team, you will play a critical role in defining and driving the future direction of our SAAS products.

Responsabilities:

  • Product Vision**: Develop and communicate a compelling product vision that aligns with the company's mission and strategic objectives.
  • Product Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive product strategy that drives growth and positions the company as a leader in the JobTech industry.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a diverse, globally distributed product team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and professional development.
  • Product Development: Oversee the endtoend product development lifecycle, ensuring products are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Market Research: Continuously monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and user feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.

Champion a user-centric approach to product design and development, ensuring that the customer experience is at the forefront of decision-making.

Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver seamless and integrated product solutions.

  • Budget Management: Manage the product department's budget effectively, making resource allocation decisions that align with strategic priorities.

Driven Decision Making:
Utilize data analytics and metrics to assess product performance and inform strategic decisions.

  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring that the product roadmap remains aligned with company goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Chief Product Officer or a similar senior leadership role in a SAAS company.
  • Strong background in the JobTech industry, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities it presents.
  • Successful track record of bringing innovative products to market and driving significant business growth.
  • Exceptional leadership and teambuilding skills, with experience managing remote, crossfunctional teams.
  • Strategic mindset and the ability to develop and execute product strategies that align with overall business objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for decisionmaking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
