Responsibilities:

  • Assistcustomers in booking cruise reservations via phone email and onlinechat
  • Provide exceptional customer service andaddress any inquiries or concerns
  • Coordinatewith cruise lines to ensure accurate bookinginformation
  • Process payments and sendconfirmation details to customers
  • Maintainaccurate records of all reservations and customerinteractions

Qualifications:

  • Previousexperience in customer service or hospitality industrypreferred
  • Excellent communication skills bothwritten and verbal
  • Strong attention to detailand organizational skills
  • Ability to workindependently and as part of a team
  • Proficiencyin computer systems and bookingsoftware
