JOB PURPOSE :


The SAP S/4 Integration Lead is a key role responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the integration solutions within the SAP S/4 HANA environment.

This role requires a deep understanding of SAP S/4 HANA modules, integration technologies, and business processes.

The Integration Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of SAP S/4 HANA with various internal and external systems.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Integration Strategy and Planning :

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive integration strategy for SAP S/4 HANA, aligning with business objectives and IT architecture.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and define integration goals.

System Design and Architecture :

  • Design endtoend integration solutions that cover SAP S/4 HANA modules and external systems.
  • Create integration architecture blueprints and documentation.
  • Provide integration solutions for implementation of RPA/BOTS with SAP S/4

Technical Implementation :

  • Lead the technical implementation of integration solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Configure and customize SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Integration, SAP BTP/CPI architecture or other relevant middleware tools.

Collaboration and Communication :

  • Work closely with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate integration design decisions.
  • Provide guidance and support to development teams during the implementation phase.

Testing and Quality Assurance :

  • Develop and execute integration test plans to validate the functionality and performance of integration solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integration processes.

Monitoring and Optimization :

  • Implement monitoring tools and processes to proactively identify and address integration issues.
  • Continuously optimize integration processes for improved performance and efficiency.

Documentation and Training :

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration solutions, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Provide training to endusers and support teams on integrationrelated processes.
  • Prepare integration playbooks for cross and future reference including API strategy.

Skills and Competencies :

  • Appx 15 years of proven experience as an SAP S/4 Integration Lead or similar role and atleast for 2 SAP S/4 implementation leading as an Integration Lead
  • Indepth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules and integration tools and technologies (SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Integration, APIs, etc.) and associated leading practices
  • Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills and requirement gathering, problemsolving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Project management skills and the ability to build and lead a crossfunctional global teams (inhouse and SI partners/vendors) for ontime, onbudget completion of the projects.
  • SAP certifications related to integration or relevant modules are a plus.
KEY QUALIFICATION &

EXPERIENCES :

  • Appx 15 years of proven experience as an SAP S/4 Integration Lead or similar role and atleast for 2 SAP S/4 implementation leading as an Integration Lead
  • Indepth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules and integration tools and technologies (SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Integration, APIs, etc.) and associated leading practices

  • Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills and requirement gathering, problemsolving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Project management skills and the ability to build and lead a crossfunctional global teams (inhouse and SI partners/vendors) for ontime, onbudget completion of the projects.
  • SAP certifications related to integration or relevant modules are a plus.
  • Excellent business systems support and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a standalone role but also employ team skills as you will be working on cross functional projects and activities.
  • Must be technical to understand backend database and complexity with ERP integration.
  • Expert level experience with business process design and refinement
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing needs/environments.
  • Experience within ERP systems such as SAP as well as surround applications
  • Selfstarter with excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, decisionmaking, research, analytical, problemsolving, and time management skills
  • Excellent business systems support and customer service skills.
