TheTechnicalWriting team atRahi focuses on Customer (Internal / external) engagement andexperience as a part of our ManagedServices program. Team operates from customer site (only external)to take care of EndtoEnd documentactivities creation modification and maintaining it as per therequirements and customer standards. Needto work closely with the Business team in requirement gatheringand execute the tasks based on the agreedSLO.

MainDuties andResponsibilities:
  • Abilityto quickly grasp complex detailedtechnicalconcepts and make them easilyunderstandable in text andpictures.
  • Collaboratewith internal cross functional teams to obtain an indepthunderstanding of the product and the documentationrequirements
  • Goodunderstanding of the Networking / IT infrastructuredomain.
  • Provenability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with an eye forprioritization.
  • Extremeattention to detail even when balancing multiple simultaneousprojects
  • Researchand build knowledge about products services technology or conceptsto bedocumented.
  • Writeeasytounderstand user interface text online help anddeveloperguides.
  • Createtutorials to help endusers use a variety ofapplications.
  • Analyseexisting and potential content focusing on reuse and singlesourcingopportunities.
  • Ensurethat the content is grammatically correct creative and requiredproofreading isdone
  • Createand maintain the informationarchitecture.
  • Experienceusing XML tools to createdocumentation.
  • Experiencedin general Linux commands and knowhow common scripting utilitieslike any of this bash PowerShellpython.
  • Experiencedin creating impactful business PPTs for the senior leadershipteam.
  • Haverelevant experience of user behaviour (how people read and absorbinformation)
  • Generateinnovative and quality content based on Management inputs forinternal websites newsletters Quarterly businessreports.
  • Ableto take lead and deliver projects in a timelymanner

QualificationsandExperience:
  • Familiaritywith the SDLC and softwaredevelopment.
  • Engineeringdegree holder (Pref: Comp Science / Electronics) orequivalent.
  • HavingNetwork certification (e.g.: CCNA) ispreferred
  • Havingthe ITIL certification is aplus

Main Duties and Responsibilities: Ability to quickly graspcomplex detailed technical concepts and make them easilyunderstandable in text and pictures. Collaborate with internalcross functional teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of theproduct and the documentation requirements Good understanding ofthe Networking / IT infrastructure domain. Proven ability to handlemultiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization.Extreme attention to detail even when balancing multiplesimultaneous projects Research and build knowledge about products,services, technology, or concepts to be documented. Writeeasy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developerguides. Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety ofapplications. Analyse existing and potential content, focusing onreuse and single-sourcing opportunities. Ensure that the content isgrammatically correct, creative and required proof-reading is doneCreate and maintain the information architecture. Experience usingXML tools to create documentation. Experienced in general Linuxcommands and knowhow common scripting utilities like any of this[bash, PowerShell, python]. Experienced in creating impactfulbusiness PPTs for the senior leadership team. Have relevantexperience of user behaviour (how people read and absorbinformation) Generate innovative and quality content based onManagement inputs for internal websites, newsletters, Quarterlybusiness reports. Able to take lead and deliver projects in atimely manner Qualifications and Experience: Familiarity with theSDLC and software development.
